"I am a young yoga teacher who is always trying to learn something new, looking of an innovative direction or a creative approach towards my students. I practice yoga and its physical as well as spiritual aspect every day since I travelled to India in the beginning of 2012 where I also completed my yoga teacher training in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. I started teaching yoga in Bhagsu Yoga Studia, Dharamsala while completing my training. After I returned to my hometown Prague, I started teaching various yoga classes at Bindu Yoga Studio ranging from Hatha flow through Chakra yoga to private Yoga therapy classes or weekend yoga retreats."
